Yoga Nidra can be practised by anyone and is completed by lying in a relaxed position and listening to the guiding voice. Often explained as conscious sleep as it brings you to a state of deep relaxation between sleep and consciousness. It can help with anxiety , tension, pain, insomnia and helps to still the mind of mental chatter.
